Bob Reina, Founder and President - Mr. Reina is the founder of Global Video Talk and serves as its President and CEO. Known for his incredible drive and disciplined approach to business, Mr. Reina leads Global Video Talk in its broad service offerings and outstanding reputation. As president, Mr. Reina leads this dynamic company to do more for each client and do it better. Following a successful Law Enforcement career, Mr. Reina now applies his leadership skills to get the most out of each individual that works along side him. He expects a lot from his employees and makes sure that each one is given the opportunity to succeed for themselves, the clients and the company. Mr. Reina attended the University of South Florida. Dr. Jonathan Chen, Director of Information Technology - Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin in 1989 and embarked on long career developing and creating dynamic software applications. Take, for instance, his work as the Performance Analysis Team Leader for the American Airlines corporate intranet web site, a complex data warehouse and analytical system. Fluent in many computer languages and operating systems, Dr. Chen wove his collective expertise into the creation and programming of Global Video Talk to redefine the terms user-friendly and error-free video email.
Jeanne Dickson, Vice President of Global Business Operations - Ms. Dickson serves as Vice President of Operations. Ms. Dickson is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Ms. Dickson taught first and fifth grade for multiple years in one of Florida's best school systems. Then she was hired by a major Florida University where she was responsible for oversight of a multi-million dollar budget. Ms. Dickson has extensive network marketing experience, and her experience as a teacher led her to develop and implement multiple award winning training tools for her organization. These tools were so successful; they were adopted by the respective companies and later used as a model for domestic and international business training and development.
Susan Reina, Vice President of Business Operations - Susan (Susie) Reina joins Global Video Talk with an extensive background in management with a Fortune 500 company. Her experience includes Call Centers, Information Technology, and Quality Control. Susie has a reputation as a high-energy team player with a take-charge attitude and determination to succeed. Ms. Reina’s management style is to lead by example and this set the tone for a history of effective leadership. Frequently chosen to head company wide projects, she excelled at bringing projects to completion within or prior to deadlines. Recognized for her ability to motivate and develop staff to their fullest potential, Susie successfully managed a staff of more than 50 employees.
Roy Bashore, Designer - A full-time designer in the graphic arts field for eighteen years, Mr. Bashore was recruited a few months before graduating high school to work for Carts of Colorado. He worked as a product illustrator for the sales department, while managing to squeeze in courses at University of Colorado as well as Generation5 Technology for CAD training. Here, nine years later, Mr. Bashore's been working almost solely in the Internet field with EarthWeb, Webfamilies, Pop Fizz Media, and now Global Video Talk. In addition to online media, Mr. Bashore's had the benefit of creative managers utilizing his other abilities as an illustrator and layout designer to keep those skills sharp. The end result of years of experience working with lawyers, powerful business people, marketers, and programmers have molded Mr. Bashore into a results-oriented design specialist.
